All you need to do is you send a request with your order number to

Following an extension, if you still need access, you will be required to purchase the assessments again. Your subscription length (access period) starts on the day of your order being fulfilled.
10. Do the self assessments include explanations and reference as to why an answer is correct?
Yes it does. Most items in the question bank has a rationale behind the correct answer and the reference information wherever available unless it was a subject matter expert approved best practice item.
The questions in the assessments are identical in its representation and weighting by domain as the real certification exam and maps one-to-one on to the modules covered in the real certification exam.
11.
Will the questions in the self assessment tests show up in the real certification exam?
Express Certifications is (ISC)
2 official affiliate and all the items in the test banks are directly from (ISC)
2 approved item writing workshops.
The items that are placed in the our test banks are generated officially by (ISC)
2 item writing workshops, using the same test development process as that of the real exam.
For maintaining credibility of the certification and to conform to the stringent ANSI 17024 regulations (CISSP® being one of them), the real exam questions that are actively being tested are carefully protected.
Some retired questions from the real exam can exist in educational items as is the case with us. Although you would not see the retired questions in the real exam, it is important that you know the concepts behind these items, as chances are that the topic that was retired was only replaced unless it is extremely obsolete technology.
All other factors (such as the scoring algorithm, weighting by knowledge areas, representation of questions from each topic in the Common Bodies of Knowledge (CBK®) are similar if not identical to the real certification exam.
The questions in the our bank are from the same CBK domains covered in the real certification exam.
Also, each test set has unique questions and so anything short of buying all three tests can lead to some areas not fully covered in your preparation.
12.
Is there an errata sheet for the Official (ISC)2 self assessments?
There is NO errata sheet because feedback and opinions on areas of potential conflict is immediately sent to the (ISC)
2 Subject Matter Experts (SME) committee
for review. Upon review, should there be a data entry issue or incorrect answer choice issue, immediate action is taken to rectify the issue.
Your feedback can be submitted when taking the assessment button or when reviewing your responses by clicking on the "Question Feedback" button.
13.
How many times can I actually retake the self assessments?
Non-DoD Users: The number of times that you are allowed to take the self assessments is unlimited.
When you purchase all the 3 sets, the self assessment engine will allow you to take the assessments individually (each with 100 questions for CISSP ® or 50 questions for SSCP®).
You can take the test any number of times you wish to.
We recommend that you take the tests many times, determine your weak areas, use the study plan generated for you based on your performance in the tests, focus in the areas that need attention, retest until your weak areas show up as strengths.
DoD Users: You are allowed 3 attempts on the self assessments or until you pass the self assessments, whichever occurs earlier. For more details, please visit
https://www.dodpcss.com/FAQ.aspx#16
14.
Are there duplicate questions between the different sets that are sold?
The likelihood of a duplicate question is mimimal (less than 2%). Careful review was undertaken to ensure that the questions in the self assessments are by set.
So each question in a set is unique (not repeated in any other set). Should you come across a duplicate question within a or between assessment sets, please notify
support with the question numbers that are duplicated and the sets they are in.
15.
Are the questions within a given assessment in the same order all the time?
The questions order is randomized as are the answer choices to ensure that our customer like you truly learn the material concepts behind the questions.
It is important know the concepts of the CBK domain reflected in the question, than merely memorizing the correct answers.

In my personalized study plan, I see some numbers (e.g., 10B or 10C). What do they mean?
Your personalized study plan is generated based on your interaction and performance in the assessments.
The numbers that are represented in your performance plan map to the sections in the (ISC)2 Common Bodies of Knowledge topics and subtopics that are covered in the real certification exam.
They are primarily used to generate performance by domain reports.
When reviewing your answers after completing your assessment, in addition to the correct answer, you will see a knowledge area listing. These numbers are tied to that.
It is important that you pay attention to the topic or sub-topic listing (the text that is before the number) and read those topics or sub-topics more thoroughly, than to these numbers.
18.
How much time do I have to complete the assessments?
2 hours 30 minutes for each set of 100 questions for the CISSP®
1 hours 15 minutes for each set of 50 questions for the SSCP®
19.
What do I do if I received the following error when placing an order.
"We are sorry. There has been an error processing your transaction. ... This transaction has been declined."
Usually the reason your transaction was declined was because during the address verification process, the credit card processor could not verify the address and reported the following - "No Match on Street and Zip"
This is usually the case when the billing address of the card holder (where the card holder receives their monthly bills) is not EXACTLY the same as was submitted.
Your card is most likely NOT charged and so you would need to resubmit the order.
Please verify the billing information and resubmit or you can use another card and try, should you continue to experience this issue.
