A: Your User Name is the same that you created when you purchased the assessment products.
Q: My login credentials don't seem to be working, what do I do?
A: First, please ensure that you type your username and password. Copy and paste of your username and password from your order confirmation email may or may not work depending upon the formating of your email.
Second, make sure that the URL address on your web browser begins with https:// and not just http://. If after following these steps, your login credentials still does not work, please email support with your phone and zip code information for assistance.
