Personal Information Policy
Express Certifications will request information such as name, address, phone, email,
occupation etc. Personal information is not collected by the web site except when
an order is placed, and never shared with anyone outside (ISC)² and Express Certifications.
Some information will be used to profile customers allowing us to customize testing
and training offerings to better fit the needs of our customers. In some unique
scenarios, we are required to supply personal information for law enforcement activities,
but before doing so we would contact our customers and inform them of this disclosure.
We feel this is important to protect Express Certifications, our customers and/or
the general public.We do not share, sell or rent customer personal information to
third parties.
Privacy Policy
Express Certifications respects your privacy and information. All information disclosed
to Express Certifications or any of our employees will be held in strict confidence
with the highest degree of due diligence and protection. Express Certifications
supports an opt-out policy allowing customers to indicate that they do not want
to receive future communications.
Financial Transaction Security Policy
Our site and shopping cart utilities are hosted on commercial services which meet
generally accepted security standards. All electronic transmission of your credit
card data is handled over SSL secure and encrypted connections with our credit card
provider. Payment must be made in U.S. dollars using Discover, American Express,
Mastercard, or Visa. All credits will be issued to the credit card which was originally
used.
E-mail Address Use Policy.
A valid e-mail address is necessary to send you information concerning your order
and to correspond with you should questions arise concerning your order. From time
to time Express Certifications or (ISC)² may send selected offers concerning (ISC)²
deals, incentives on upcoming educational events, products or services. If you would
prefer to be excluded from such mailings, notify us and we will add you to our opt-out

Marketing Policy
When you register for the Official (ISC)2 Self Assessment – studISCope,
as you interact with the system, a personalized study plan will be generated for
you based on your performance. Your personalized plan will include recommendations
for further education and it may or may not contain (ISC)² educational tools. Your
information will be captured by Express Certifications for the specific purpose
of providing the self assessment on behalf of (ISC)² and shared only with (ISC)²
so that they can let you know of special deals or incentives on upcoming educational
events and products.By registering for studISCope you agree to these specific communications;
however, you may opt-out of such communications at anytime in the future. All you
need to do is send an email with the subject line "Opt me out" to support.
Sales and Refund Policy
All sales are final. When an order is placed and your credit card is approved,
it goes immediately into fulfillment and electronically delivered to you as an online product.
The protection of intellectual property in the materials, and copyright protection for all parties
is most beneficial for all our customers and clients.
No credit, for any reason, will be issued to your credit card after you order is processed successfully.
All sales are final once online access to the product(s) has been setup, irrespective of whether you have used the product or not.
Refunds are not issued if the website is not available for unscheduled or unplanned reasons due to any technical or non-technical error.
However, you can be assured that we will diligently work with you to help resolve any technical or non-technical
difficulties you may experience regarding your order and/or use of the product.

belonging to either (ISC)2 or Express Certifications and its affiliates

We reserve the right to add / delete or modify information held on our site or in
material distributed by Express Certifications at any time.
